An introduction (no more than ½ a page) briefly summarizing the main ideas and arguments presented during the April 25th, 2019 panel discussion on Medicare for All proposals being introduced by members of Congress and discussed by some 2020 Democratic presidential candidates (you can access the video at https://www.c-span.org/video/?460130-1/medicare-proposal).

Mark E. Miller
Thomas A. Scully
Marilyn B. Tavenner

which panelist you believe provided the best explanation of these proposals
whether you agree or disagree with one or all of the Medicare for All proposals and why
is it a politically feasible policy?
how do we pay for it?
